Introduction: My approach is unique in that I not only provide you the information and tools to maximize your health, but I also tap into your motivation to really get you to hit the ground running. Given a proper chance, the body will heal itself. All we need to do is figure out which specific nutritional deficiencies in play, and work to balance them out. We also need to have fun and enjoy the process. I was sick with multiple sclerosis for many years...and it sucked. No one should have to feel so stuck. Empower yourself and take life back into your own hands. My passion and life mission are to guide as many as possible to optimal health. I truly love what I do, and will be your number one cheerleader. This work is my life.
