FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by age and square footage of a property. We also have additional inspection services (pool, septic, termite, spa, irrigation) that may be added on to any inspection. We believe in up-front pricing and detailed pricing information can be found on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you’ve entered into the option period, you will need to schedule the home inspection. Many option periods have tight windows, so we recommend scheduling your appointment as soon as possible to provide ample time to review your inspection report and any follow-up items that may be required. Home inspections can be scheduled online or by phone. We have multiple time slots and will work to accommodate your schedule. We encourage you to be present during the home inspection. Some customers will join us for the entire inspection or you can show up at the end for a verbal summary of our findings and quick walk through. Even if you are unable to be present, we will send a detailed, same-day report of all our findings. We are also available after an inspection to answer any of your questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors are certified through the Texas Real Estate Commission. We have extensive class room and in-field training. Our inspectors have performed over 4,000 inspections combined.
