- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80 is my single session rate. If packages are desired we can come up with a bulk purchase plan depending on how many sessions you would like to purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting clients in person, listening to there goals and coming up with a plan that works for them. All consultations and meetings are specifically curated for the individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years in the fitness industry. I am an IFPA certified personal trainerand currenty certified kickboxing instructor/trainer with 9round fitness. I am also a Reiki master practitioner/teacher and have been assisting people and animals to heal and feel well for 3 years. I am also a coach with the Special Olympics in Powerlifting and Track and Field.
