FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our agency services clients from all facets of life. We work with large criminal defense firms that handle death penalty cases, insurance companies that submit cases as small as a rear end job at 5 mph to catastrophic crane and ship disasters will multiple fatalities. Our billing rate for most corporate and legal cases is $125 per hour, plus expenses. Many of our clients are also individuals that are fighting to save their children from exposure to an unfit parent. Others are needing to determine if their marriage or romantic relationship is in jeopardy or ending, unbeknownst to them. As painful as it often is, our clients deserve the truth and we work hard to get it for them. Our billing rate for most infidelity, child custody and other familial cases is $55 to $75 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial interview with our clients is the starting point in determining if we can meet their needs and objectives. If we feel that our services are going to benefit the client, we will work to implement a strategy that we both feel will get the best results. There are definitely situations in which we will determine that our potential clients would be best served to use their financial resources in areas that may better strengthen their position for whatever situations that they're dealing with. If we agree that our services will benefit a client, we will set up a preliminary budget and take a retainer to work off of. We will then begin gathering information to assist in meeting the objectives of the investigation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff of investigators either come from a law enforcement background or have been conducting investigations for many years. While we love to train and develop interns and develop them into professional investigators, one of our senior investigators and company officers are involved in every case from beginning to end.
