- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally book the customer into the system so we can send out our guys to get the job done. The customer will be notified when we will arrive. Once the job is done, we will have a follow up call to make sure that everything went well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA in strategic management. I have been in this industry for a while and understand the ins and out from the physical part of it to what we need to do as a team to make you happy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a small car that could not fit big items and I always had to rely on my friends with bigger vehicles. It is at that moment I realized that there are many people that also need friends with bigger cars to help them deliver items.
