My AC went out in the summer and Tim was here in an hour. He was professional, fast and affordable. I will always use Paleface for my AC and Heating.

Had an exceptionally easy time working with paleface when my AC shut down unexpectedly- I spoke directly with the owners who were very responsive and reasonable. I felt that Tim was honest and upfront about pricing and did not try to upsell me In to purchasing a new system or fixing unnecessary things - which has happened in past experiences. I highly recommend this company!

Tim and his crew installed a new residential HVAC unit for us, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work and the responsiveness and professionalism of the company. They were very knowledgable and in addition to the central unit put in a second return vent to improve the efficiency of the system. They returned my call promptly, showed up on time, and used good materials. I felt like I was dealing with someone I could trust, and have recommended them without reservation to my friends and coworkers. It's great to be able to work with a local company with this kind of dedication to quality work and great customer service.

Tim has helped me with my AC on multiple occasions, and of course this only happens on the weekend. He shows up promptly and with a great attitude. Tim always approaches the situation professionally and in addition, is a very quick diagnostician. He is fair and experienced.
