FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 an hour for personal training at my address, $45 if you have an online program with me, and $100 and up for mobile training. For in-person training, I'm available 1x a week for each client between 9-5 Weekdays with flexible scheduling each week. For online programs, prices start at $150 and go up to $425 depending on level of service required. Discounts are available for a commitment of 3 months or more for online programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For in person coaching, I offer a free 60-minute introductory session where we sit down and go over the client's health history, goals, and current needs. After speaking, we'll do some assessments to determine current physical level, any mobility issues, and identify muscular imbalances. Once that is complete I usually like to take clients through a short circuit so they can experience my style and I can more accurately gauge their fitness level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for my Personal Trainer's license, and have specialties through TRX-Suspension, ECornell's Plant-Based Nutrition, GOLD'SFIT, GOLD'sCYCLE, GOLD'SBURN, GOLD'SBOOTCAMP, OTFit, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, and Timeline Therapy.
