- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are offered when multiple sessions are purchased. Hourly price includes: Free preliminary phone consultation Free 1 hour in-home consultation Customized organization plan Shopping for and assembly of all necessary organizing supplies within your desired budget* Email and phone correspondence between sessions and until your follow up session Haul away or donation of unwanted items to the organization or charity of your choice* Follow up session 2 weeks after organization project is complete *large furniture items not included
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I complete a comprehensive in-home consultation, free of charge. After you've booked, I'll send over an organization plan, detailing what we will complete in our sessions as well as recommended items to purchase. Once we have finalized the organization plan, I will shop, prepare and arrive at your session ready to get your space sorted quickly and efficiently! During sessions, we will go through all items in the space, remove what isn't being used and find a place for the things you want to keep.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have also worked as a nanny, personal and administrative assistant. I have years of experience working in people's homes and with sensitive information. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients throughout the organization process and I offer client-centered organization services.
