- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for a new customer involves speaking to the customer a day or two before their actual lesson. This time is used to find out where they believe their skill level is, how much experience they have, and what it is they are looking to gain from taking lessons. Day of the lesson, the new customer can expect us to do proper warmups, then the customer can expect an assessment of their skill level through observation. From this point, we will work on drills based on our discussion from the night before. Upon completing drills, and reassessing the new skill, the customer can expect homework until their next lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing competitive tennis since my junior year of high school. In total, I have been playing tennis for over 15 years.
