Introduction: I have been teaching and practicing yoga for over 12 years. I am an experienced 500 registered yoga teacher and a yoga therapist certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I specialize in yoga for for over all well-being by not only focusing on the physical aspect of alignment, but also the relaxation and stress reduction benefits through breath work, meditation, and moving energy in the body.
I am also a Holistic Health Coach, Qi Gong instructor, and energy healer.
Having suffered from severe medication resistant depression, I love the healing benefits of yoga, Qi Gong, and energy healing. I love helping people achieve physical, mental and emotional well-being with these practices and modalities.
