- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I will take the time to assess their past experience and current comfort with the water. Understanding the starting point of the customer is incredibly important in the process of learning. After I have learned what the starting point and intended goal is, instruction is much more constructive and improvement can be made rapidly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have seven years of competitive swimming experience and placed highly at Maryland state level competitions. In addition, I worked for the Mariner Swim School teaching children from 2 to 8 years old how to get in the water and swim.
