- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 min. lesson: $25 45 min. lesson: $35 60 min. lesson: $45 I require 24 hour notice for cancelled lessons. If notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, I'll gladly reschedule the time or offer a longer lesson the next week. If the lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, the student must pay for that lesson before another can be scheduled. If I cancel a lesson, the student will be offered a rescheduled lesson, or refund for the cancelled lesson (if prepaid). If you schedule and pay for monthly lessons, the 5th week will be offered at no extra cost when one occurs. (4 free lessons per year)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first lesson will start with us talking about your skill level and goals. After an assessment, I'll put together a customized workbook for you. All exercises given will be directly tailored to your interests and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been teaching full time since 1994. I studied jazz, fusion, classical, and rock guitar with the most prominent musicians and instructors in Maryland for over ten years.
