Introduction: Ryan is a Baltimore based yoga and mindfulness meditation instructor. He leads retreats and workshops all over the world and helps individual clients with physical and emotional wellness through yoga, nutrition, music, and meditation. Ryan has helped clients reach their goals to lose weight, heal chronic pain, overcome emotional trauma, change addictive patterns, change careers, and find a new sense of life purpose through the practice of yoga and mindfulness. For the past year, he has been sharing his love of yoga and meditation with inmates at the Baltimore County detention center. He has lead yoga and meditation retreats in the United States, Peru, Jamaica, and Brazil. He is a life-long music lover who teaches the basics of several instruments, including hand drums, guitar, piano, and ukulele incorporating yoga mantra, visualization, and meditation techniques in his music sessions. For Ryan, music and sound are the life blood of conscious expansion and evolution. Ryan lives in Baltimore with his two children, Cole and Kali. He genuinely wants to help make the world a better place by spreading awareness and a deeper state of bliss so that more may awaken to their true nature.
The greatest reward is sharing with others the healing that I have received and witnessing their growth and transformation. Seeing some one reach their goals and higher potential as results of practicing is brings me a deep sense of joy.
