- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have inexpensive prices because I do this currently in my free time and while I can be lower prices I’d like to help anyone I can. I try to work with people on a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what issues they normally find they are running into along with the current issue if not related. Then we fix it and educate the user on prevention if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participated in a program in high school doing computers and robotics engineering I went to college and received my Certificate of Computer Repair I have my PC Pro certification. (Proves you have the ability to actually physically perform repairs) I have my CompTIA A+ (proves you have the knowledge of computer repair) I also have 8+ years experience repairing computers
