- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to give you quality and efficient work for a fair price. Typically I work by the hour, however on larger jobs I quote a fixed rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to communicate via text, phone, or email. Once initial contact is made I will frequently setup an appointment to visit with the customer, understands exactly what you want and give an estimate in either expected hours to complete, or a flat rate for larger jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of watching, many more years of trying, followed by many years of doing. I have been blessed to have many talented men willing to share their knowledge with me as a teen and young man. they gave me the foundation to be capable of quality work.
