- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyer representation is FREE! There are no fees charged to the Buyer/s. If a Buyer is serious about their home purchase, having a serious Buyers Broker is the right choice. Having an Exclusive Buyers Agent . . . even better!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, we set up a one-hour "meet and greet" which is accommodating to the potential Buyer/s.schedule. At the consultation, I discuss the buying process, what to expect in the current real estate market, how Buyers Agent Portland services are based on Buyer Advocacy. The initial consultation is very important to get to know each other. This time allows me to listen to what the wants/needs are of the potential buyer. Many questions Buyers may have are answered.

* Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University, Social Sciences. * Certified Paralegal/Legal Assistant with over 15 years legal experience (prior to real estate career) * Certified EBA (Exclusive Buyers Agent) by the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents * Member of National Association of Realtors * Member of Portland Metro Area Realtors (PMAR) * Avid real estate blogger with over 2,000 real estate blogs written since 2009
