Any work over one hour is billed @ $49 per hour, rounded up to the nearest hour. e.g....... 40 minutes of work is $69 and 2 hours and 22 minutes would be $147. All remodels and larger projects are bid by the job. Free in-home, no obligation evaluations provided for all jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a professional roofer in both Illinois and Missouri, I was a licensed contractor for soffit, siding, and fascia. I also have installation training for bathroom remodels and shower kits. I was also trained and licensed for asbestos abatement and removal at one point. This is an area I do not practice anymore
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started in the construction trade at 17 years old doing hydro-demolition and Roofing for a residential company. I went from there into a union roofing company doing commercial properties in St Louis. I ended up having back surgery that put me out of the heavy trade for a long time and I used my business studies to further my career in multi-unit management. most everything I do outside of those fields have been self-taught over many years of trade work.
