- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Price includes nutrition guidance, personal training, and fitness programming. I do not sell supplements to my clients. Nothing is better than real food.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We schedule a free introductory session where I get to meet the new client's goals and situation. I always take measurements to keep track of progress. Then, we will have a fitness assessment and a workout. The introductory session allows me to create a plan for the new client and determine what kind of training fits best and will keep him or her motivated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?-Crossfit Athlete -Weightlifting -Certified Personal Trainer by ACE and WITS (University of Texas). -Weight Management Specialist (ACE). -Crossfit Level 1 Trainer
