FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that my prices are reasonable. I charge both per hour or per task. If my customer cannot afford a certain price, I always try to give them discounts. So far, none of my customers have complained about my prices and I hope to continue like this.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers, from commercial to residential. Regarding ages, I have worked with young adults as well as senior customers. I always get along well with them. The key to success in my opinion is honesty, if I can do the job I will say I can, if not, I will be honest with the customer and inform them that the particular task is not my expertise.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you know who you are hiring. Mostly, you can tell if the person you have hired is a professional or not just by their mannerism, the way they talk and present themselves. That shows that they have been in the field and have build that customer relation skill. Next, don’t hesitate to ask them questions about their background, always take their business card just in case anything happens.
