My purpose in life is to be of service to other people. Bringing a sense of pride to my clients is what I enjoy most. Seeing peoples faces light up when they see a nice sparkly home or when they take a look at a beautified garden space gives me more fuel to continue spreading light and love.

Alexa, nothing was cleaned. The mirror in the bathroom was streaked, you didn't clean behind the toilet or around the toilet, the bathtub. When I came into my bedroom you had the top drawer in my dresser and were dusting the top of the open drawer, however the fronts of the dresser which has molding on it had not been dusted. Why were you opening the drawer? I told you that you did not have to finish vacuuming because you had to leave, however you did not pull the chairs out from the table in the kitchen or dining room when you vacuumed. You did not dust anything that was higher than you could reach. l realize you are short but you should bring a stool with so you can reach the high places. I have a stool but you did not ask. You missed so many things in the living room and dining room when you dusted. I would suggest you make yourself a list of things you should clean and go over it with your clients and agree what you need to clean. Then you should check each item when you clean to make sure you did not miss anything. I was very disappointed, I expected so much more. I paid $86.00 for a deep clean but all I got was a lick and a promise, more promise than anything. I could go on and on about what was not done, but what is the point. You either know what you are doing or you do not. Either way, if you know and did such a lousy job shame on you and if you don't know then why are you in the business?
