FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just like each film is different so is each budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to dial in exactly what the client needs, and then, to figure out how we are going to fulfill them while staying within their budget. Depending on the size of the project this can either be completed over the phone or via email. With more complex projects it will generally involve meeting to discuss needs and plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
