Introduction: I teach and practice a style called Forrest Yoga which was specifically created to help people of all ages and histories work with injuries, trauma, and general pains and aches. Forrest Yoga helps build strength and flexibility through carefully aligned postures, a clear focus on breath, and an integrative approach that looks at many aspects of your life and how that affects your body. We can use this practice, as well as my training in yoga bodywork, to move you out of pain or stiffness and empower you to make the best choices for you and your body.
I love giving people the tools to empower themselves into making the best choices for themselves in each moment. I enjoy problem solving chronic injuries and helping people move into a pain-free life. This practice has been so transformational in my own life, and I'm excited to share what I've been given with others.
