- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First Private Session/Consultation 60-90 minutes long With this we will go over what you are looking for, any issues you are having and what your goals will be. This will be the time for you to ask any questions or voice any concerns you might have and to figure out if this is the right decision for you. We will also start on a few of the most pressing issues or behaviors you want to work on and help formulate a plan for the rest. Cost: 80 dollars Continuing Private Sessions: 60 minutes If you would like to continue doing private sessions but don't want to sign up for a package that's perfectly ok. We will work with you! Cost: 65 dollars 6 Session Package Deal This option will give you 6 sessions, each an hour long, to use at your discretion (weekly is recommended but they are for you to use as you need). We will come and work with you and your dog(s) for an hour. Cost: 270 dollars
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I'll talk to them on the phone or email to get a better idea of what they are looking for, what issues they are having and what they hope to get out of training. Then we'll schedule an evaluation where I'll meet them and their dog(s) so that I can see what they want to work on in person, they can meet me and we can start formulating a plan of action. After that if they choose they can continue private lessons with me where I we will work on whatever issues they are having more in depth and they'll get one on one help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've apprenticed under different trainers of different backgrounds, continue to do independent education and attend seminars and workshops. I also compete in Disc dog.
