I liked the professionalism and their responsiveness on my queries. After sending the confirmation request, I got a call from him within 5 mins. The person on phone, Sam, was very cordial and explained me the whole process and helped me in clarifying my doubts and questions . So far so good, let's see what happens when we meet.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Everyday we work with one or more new customers. First step in our process is to have some form of conversation to better understand clients need. It is usually done using telephonic, Skype or face to face meeting. When we meet we first try to understand clients need and then offer our services that suits their need. We customize it as it suits our client considering date, time, location, dress and makeup, theme and price of the offer. Next step is the shoot and then we provide a proofing session with our clients to select the photos they want, finally we deliver it to them.
