- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system because every clients needs are different. I try to work outside of a box verses trying to give clients things or services that they do not need or want. Meeting with brides allows me to get all of the details so I can help them create their perfect wedding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting with brides and their families to hear all of the details and see photos they have collected. It helps me understand their vision and allows me to create a perfect quote for them within their budget constraints.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began in the floral industry in high school and worked throughout my college years. I was often asked to help with parties, events, showers and weddings and realized that this service was truly a gift. Although I have been doing this for over 16 years, about 2 years ago, I decided to create a business and work towards my goal of utilizing my gift to help others on one of the biggest days of their life.
