Was very honest...told me on the phone before I even had them come out that I would be better off buying a new microwave. I could not find one to fit my specific space built into my cabinets, so had to fix the existing two year old microwave. The Techs are not on commission which is very important because they will not sell you a service that you don't need. We Warranty our work!

Once the problem is found the Tech will explain the issue onsite and give you a fixed price to repair. We don't charge by the hour or have any hidden fees. We Warranty our work. What we tell you on the phone is exactly what you get. Most importantly we answer our phone 24/7 and it never will be a answering service! We have been in business since 1957 and in South Florida almost 20 years.
