Claire and her team showed up on time and ready to roll. The job was definitely no small feat as the entire house was in disarray. Claire and her team were incredible thorough and they made several recommendations on the basis of the organization itself and future system to implement to avoid the clutter that seems to accompany home ownership. They worked from early in the morning to early in the evening with at most one 15 minute break. I truly appreciated their help and will definitely hire and reccomendation in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no set prices in Real Estate services. We contract with Sellers and Landlords to be paid by Commission. We cooperate with other Real Estate Agents in transactions where they represent a customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Detailed conversation with Realtor Agent about customer's needs, individualized market research provided to determine value, Agent lists property in Beaches MLS/ Realtor.com, and multiple competitive marketing methods, immediate and consistent communication between Agents and customers throughout entire transaction. Agent provides top-notch service from first contact to Closed Transaction and beyond.
