Introduction: My work has centered on building connections with clients who are experiencing significant distress around life’s sometimes difficult transitions. My clients have dealt with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and often feel stuck in a place they just can’t get out of alone. Working together, we can build upon your hope to establish a renewed sense of self and wellbeing. While we collaboratively move towards your personal change, you will experience an acceptance of life’s changes, belief in your strength, and most importantly a restored confidence and clarity about your unique value to yourself and others. I’ve earned a Masters’ degree from Barry University, with dual specialties in marriage, family and couples therapy and mental health counseling. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, registered with the Florida Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, a nationally certified counselor (NCC) and a certified clinical mental health counselor (CCMHC). It is through my commitment to my education and ongoing exploration of effective, experiential and empowering methods of working with individuals, couples and families that I am able to give my clients the most impactful gains from my experiences and share in life changing transitions.
