Kenny was the greatest! I was having an issue with my oven that not even manufacturer themselves could fix without replacing the oven. My oven was a bit older so the parts were no longer made, but Kenny found them and made it work again! Just two quick trips and a three year long problem was solved. The Icon team was timely and courteous. All in all, great service!
