FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are all inclusive if an in home estimate has been given. If a quote is given over the phone then its most likely going to be a little higher. This is due to pricing being factored in perfect scenarios and as we all know, nothing is perfect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for a new customer is to require a deposit for all the materials required for the job. Then we work with the customer to come up with a schedule that works for everybody. Final payment isnt required until after the project is completed. I do things this way because there have been too many times people cancel their project after having purchased all the materials, rentals and delivery fees. And lawyers cost even more so Im just trying to keep the costs down so you can have a more affordable price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduated with a 4.0 GPA from a trade school and I also attended one year of collegiate level education towards mechanical engineering.
