$850 For the package mentioned above (a total of 15 hours, and 2 day-of coordinators).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Plan a phone call to understand exactly what you are looking for and see where you need my help. My package typically includes: +/- 5 hours of pre-party work- includes creating a detailed timeline of events, and contacting all other vendors involved to confirm timeline. Also includes offering suggestions for vendors, and reaching out to them to find out prices and information. 10 hours on wedding/party day- 2 coordinators (me + assistant) arriving 2 hours early to make sure vendors are present, decorations are set, ceremony aisle coordination (lining up parties, queuing musicians/DJ), introduction coordinating, making sure band/DJ, photographers, and videographers are staying on schedule, staying after to clean up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a DJing background. I have DJ'd over 75 weddings and realized that if there was not a coordinator at an event, I (as the DJ) would be put in that role automatically, coordinating everything and making sure everyone was in their places at the right times.
