- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the most competitive pricing in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the customer at their home and go over the build process. We then provide a survey and design with a proposal. This service is free. For Maintenance we visit the customer and determine what maintenance plans work best for the customer. There is a per hour charge initial visit and travel fee for this service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve managed a business and construction crew for 10 years and I have an experienced pool construction crew that has been building pools for 30 years.
