Introduction: I offer a bit of a different approach to coaching, in which I combine psychology, guided meditation, and personalized exercises to allow you to expand your mind perhaps differently than you're used to. Prior to our first session I will have you take a couple (free) tests to gauge your cognitive process. Our first session will involve reviewing this information, talking about where you've come from, where you're at, and any ideas at all of where you may want to be. Then we'll go through suggested exercise(s) for that week as well as a guided mediation (in which you'll continue doing on your own) based on your cognitive processes that will help you to think a little differently. All of this will be done in your own home, or via Skype if preferred. From there we will have weekly sessions to keep you progressing towards your life/career goals.
