Introduction: A history of rowing, spin class, and kickboxing meant Rose heard ‘fitness’ and mostly thought of intense cardio, breaking a sweat, and pushing her body as hard as humanly possible. A few rounds of yoga and barre a decade ago turned that idea on its head, introducing a more sustainable and fulfilling balance of body and mind. Rose brings music that motivates and a sense of humor to her classes, as well as a focus on proper alignment and the awareness that all bodies are different from day to day, posture to posture. She looks forward to connecting with students of all backgrounds with diverse goals.
