- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest spend the extra time needed to ensure that the company can meet your needs by clearly identifying each step of the process. I would also get a clear timeline of the progress to completion. As in most media or content providers, the discussion of ownership of product is often overlooked. You should understand the usage rights and restrictions of services provided.
