- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of vehicle requested, we charge by the hour, with a 4 hour minimum and 15% service fee. We encourage the customer to also provide the driver with a gratuity based on their satisfaction with the service.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please be specific about the transportation schedule including pick up and drop off location with complete address. Pick up time. Number of passengers and if the trip is one way or roundtrip.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I see many requests for party buses. I would suggest the customer use the option to explain the nature of their trip and if they need what is traditionally considered a "party bus". I doubt that is what they want for 21 to 30 people and we have alternative, more cost conscious options, especially for 13 riders or fewer.
