- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Housecalls: Priced by the hour with a 30 minutes minimum, rounded to the nearest $5 Pickup/Drop Off: Priced by the serivce Service guarantee: You won't pay for service that cannot be completed perfectly!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk to my customers on the phone first. I like to discover their needs ahead of time. This way, I can help determine the best service for them, and ensure I have everything I need to assist!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at a very young age. I began teaching myself computer repair in Middle School, and began professional service at the age of 16. As of May 2016, I'm 28, so I've been doing it professionally for over 12 years.
