- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally the price is per square foot, or pallet (400-500 square feet depending on turf type). We provide details on how to get a feel for pricing by providing a few resources on how to purchase sod as a homeowner (Home Depot, Lowes, Big Earth) and show how we are able to provide removal, delivery, and installation for much less than just the cost of the sod alone at those places.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person, and walk over the site to explain in detail the exact work that will be done. We can then adjust anything to the preference of the costumer. We also like to provide as much information as possible, to let them have every advantage when deciding how to approach the job, even if that means it is with another contractor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of practical experience, as well as formal education in plant biology, botany, turf management, and plant pathology.
