Brendan fixed our desktop computer when it stopped working. He was prompt, great to work with, and gave us regular updates on his progress. He also went out of his way to find us the least expensive materials needed for the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we identify the problem at hand. If the quote reflects the need, then we move forward. If we identify that we can save the client money, we adjust the quote appropriately. Clients may travel to Tech Assist's downtown Bridgeport location, or we may travel to the client in a 30 mile radius.
