- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we identify the problem at hand. If the quote reflects the need, then we move forward. If we identify that we can save the client money, we adjust the quote appropriately. Clients may travel to Tech Assist's downtown Bridgeport location, or we may travel to the client in a 30 mile radius.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brendan Williams, Tech Assist's Owner and Chief Technician, has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and is a TestOut PC Pro and TestOut Network Pro certified technician.
