- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, first I like to find out if they have had Reiki previously. Then, if not, I go over some experiences people have had in the past so they have a basic idea of what to expect. I typically explain how everyone has a different experience. Finally, with both new or returning clients I ask if they have any intentions on what they are looking for out of their session.
