- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free diagnostics. Basic repair work is $40. Advanced repair work is $60. We don't charge much above our own cost on parts. We are a new company so while we build a customer base we aren't charging per hour for trips around town just yet but the per hour labor fee for on site work will eventually be $60.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We never want to leave someone stranded. Because of this, we do free diagnostics, free estimates, free consultation and answer what questions we can before proceeding with any repairs. We work very quickly and always try to provide the customer with a variety of solutions so they can decide what fits their needs best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner and main technician, Nick, is A+ certified and has 12 years of I.T. experience working with everyone from individuals with simple problems to large companies with complex networks and equipment. He's a real Byte Knight!
