- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically earn our fee as a percentage of the income that the property generates, as well as a small fee for Tenant placement. We are also able to offer our clients maintenance services, scheduling, cleaning services, and all other types of Tradesman Services that a property requires. Clients also like our seamless payment systems that allow Tenants to pay their rent electronically, sign leases electronically, keep in touch with clients, Tenants, and maintenance crews on our portal, and provide financial reporting to our clients. It is truly a turn-key operation for our clients so they can generate passive income and generational wealth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we introduce ourselves and get a full understanding of what type of service they are looking for. We then tailor a plan that works best for the client's needs and get to work managing their property and, most importantly, increasing the property's cash flow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leasing and sales division are licensed real estate agents and Capstone is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage, that has transacted real estate transactions all over NY State, Florida, and elsewhere. Additionally, we got our start maintaining and renovating properties all over the State for major corporations and became used to meeting tight deadlines and a tight budget. Transitioning to residential assets was easy for us, and we took those high standards of quality and budget constraints with us.
