As a novice yogi, I was very hesitant to begin my practice but decided to take the plunge and attend Gina's class at Fit + Flow Yoga during an open house. Gina helped guide me through all of the poses both familiar and unfamiliar to me, while still challenging the other class members who were much more advanced. She paid personal attention to each student, which helped me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. I would highly recommend taking Gina's class regardless of your level of expertise.

Gina's class is the best way for me to start my week-end. Perfectly balanced with relaxing stretches and strength poses, I always leave feeling strong, relaxed and rejuvenated.
