- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $35 fee that covers consultation, research, booking, processing paperwork, and making sure clients have a point of contact while on vacation should an issue arise (storm, lost passport, etc). *Please contact me for fee details for groups of 8 people or more depending on what's needed for the vacation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will receive a 1 on 1 consultation where we will discuss your interests, the reason for your trip, airline and hotel preferences, desired adventures (if applicable), budget, meal plans (if applicable), and more. Once your profile as been completed you will receive a quote within 24 to 48 hours depending on how extensive the package is. Everything that is discussed will be built into your package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications with, Hilton, American Airlines, Marriott, Disney, Starwood (ex. Sheraton), Hawaii, Palace Resorts (also as a destination wedding specialist), Club Med, Cancun CTI, United States Tour Operator Association, and Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas. I'm also a member of Cruise Line International Association.
