- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My ONLINE RATES are $60 per one hour session, $50 dollars per session for a package of 3 sessions and $40 per session for a package of 6 sessions. My IN HOME RATES are $130 per one hour session, $120 per session for a package of 3 sessions, $110 a session for a package of 6 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I talk with all my new clients and listen to their goals and any injury history while getting a feel for how they learn. I would then do a posture assessment by putting the client through some simple movements which would help to determine their fitness level.
