Introduction
I work closely with my customers to create a completely unique and personalized cake that fits your vision and your budget. Unlike many wedding cakes made in production bakeries, flavor comes first and your cake will taste amazing as well as look exquisite. I love taking on the challenge of creating exactly what my customers have in mind, and will even write and test new recipes if an unusual flavor is requested. Making a couple's wedding cake is an honor I take very seriously.

My husband and I were married in 2013. When we got engaged we sure of one thing regarding our wedding, Sarah was going to make our wedding cake. That is a decision that we have never regretted. She made the design process easier than I could have ever imagined. She took my ideas for cake design and flavors and made them something I could have only dreamed of. We still get asked about our wedding cake and who designed it on a regular basis almost 3 years later. Working with Sarah is a decision that no one would ever regret!

Sarah baked and decorated our wedding cake and groom's cake. Not only were the cakes intricately beautiful, they were also delicious! I can't wait until our first anniversary to have another slice. Sarah truly went above and beyond our expectations, and we could not have been happier.

Sarah and I work together regularly as food stylists, so I have seen her create over-the-top cakes and baked goods for several shows first hand. Her attention to detail does not disappoint and she consistently delivers an end product that exceeds expectations. As far as her personality, she is laid back, kind, and very easy to work with. I think she is the ideal person to have in your corner during stressful situations such as parties and weddings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Sarah did an amazing job on the bride and groom cupcakes and cakes for my spring wedding! She was incredibly flexible and open to all of my ideas. My husband wanted a frothy beer mug as his cake. All I had to do was send Sarah a few picture of what I was hoping for, and she delivered. She also matched the groomsmens' bowtie color to the mini bowties on his cupcakes! Not only did everything look perfect, but they tasted delicious! She was easy to work with and the results were wonderful.

Unfortunately Sarah was unable to do my sisters wedding cake because of a scheduling conflict. However, she did recommend her colleague Janice of Neidra's Cafe in Park Slope. I must say, my sister could not be happier with the work that was done. The cake was beautiful, affordable and arrived on time. Thanks for the recommendation Sarah!
