FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a CPT with a NSCA, so my expertise in personal training for the last 8 years reflects on my pricing. Quality training is never cheap. I do offer deals on packages. And a free assessment. Free assessment does not mean free session. Two different things.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I'll have a consultation with the client, which is complimentary. This is an assessment of the client's current fitness. Observing posture, gait, as well as an exam is strength and endurance. During this assessment I will also want to know the client's medical history to see if the client needs addition attention to an issue. Actual sessions can consist of cardio, strength, power, or core training. Whatever the client's goal needs attention to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Focus Personal Training Institute, widely regarded as NYC's Top Personal Training School, as seen on Men's Fitness. I finished FPTI's 700 hour Master's Course with top honors. I am also Pre/Post Natal certified and First Aid/AED qualified. And recently achieved my NSCA certification.
