Introduction: Many people hold stagnant energy in their body whether from a physical injury, a traumatic event or the stress of everyday life. Reiki relaxes the nervous system so the body can restore to its total capacity. All sessions promote relaxation and healing. I am also a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Certifited 500 Hour Yoga Instructor.
My goal is to create space for people to feel great inside and out. Reiki can help nourish and rebalance the body, making the skin glow, diminishing pain and promoting relaxation. I love hearing how amazing people feel after a session and for many days after.
