Louis was really good for our first session (couple's session). Definitely will move forward with him. Haven't worked out in over 10 years and he was able to push myself and my significant other to our limits without going over and killing us. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Session and package are varied depend on client need and budget.I will travel to your location (gym, home,work) etc.My initially price start at 100$per session however I will consider to give you a discount if you want to be become my customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will start sending him / her about 20 question health fitness questionnaire to get to know and learn about the potential client and their health history.Once I have all the information needed I will set up a daily work out plan on my app and scheduling daily a work out plan and nutrition plan to follow.we will talk also about what’s really need to change and what’s she want me to accomplish for her.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes I maintain my fitness certification at American Sport & fitness Association by completing and continuing my education on fitness. I took course online to upgrade my program and new strategies to help client get in good shape. In addition to that I have my own personal trainer online name Jim Stoppani he taught me how to work out very safe and explain all the process i need to take to get on good shape
