Introduction: I am a holistic wellness coach and yoga teacher. My wellness coaching includes my certification in western herbalism. Being a western & Wise Woman Herbalist means I am able to supplement yoga teachings with herbal remedies for acute illnesses or chronic conditions such as fatigue, depression, anxiety and more. I love working with both herbs and yoga, but can tailor a package to include just one or the other. Within the yoga modality, I focus on strength, stress relief, balance and mobility. I have experience and training in everything from chair yoga for seniors & disabled clients to vigorous vinyasa flows for clients looking to get in shape. I am passionate about helping my clients create a more meaningful, connected life all around through movement and nourishment.

I offer packages of classes. Discounts for larger amount of classes booked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet first in a public place. Discuss what the student/client is looking to get out of the practice. We discuss any injuries or surgeries, perhaps major life events revolving around trauma. We discuss pricing and schedule. Then we make a plan to start a weekly practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 500 hours of training complied of two different certifications under the yoga alliance foundation.
